Is the first thing you do with a new Lead in your system is schedule a call? It’s not a bad idea. This module will automatically schedule your Introductory call for any new Contact or Lead entered into the system. A configuration panel allows you to designate when the call will be scheduled, relative to when the Contact or Lead record is created (e.g. 24 hours from when the Lead is created).
We developed the package using SugarCRM Enterprise 6.2.0, and it is compatible with Professional and Community Edition.
This module is open-source and free-for-all. You can browse the source on GitHub or download the module from there.
